2. Services Provided

Platform connecting service professionals and learners/hobbyists.

Users (“Tippers”) may tip or subscribe to receive content-based tips (“Pro Tips”) from professionals (“Pros”).
3. User Accounts

You must create an account with accurate info and be 18+.

Keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for any activity via your account.
4. Payments & Tipping

One-off tips and subscription fees are processed via Stripe (or similar).

Pros earn tips minus Protippr’s platform fee (e.g. 10%).

All payments are final; no refunds unless legally required.
5. Content Ownership & Licence

Users own what they post.

By posting, you grant Protippr a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content.

You’re responsible for ensuring you have necessary rights.
6. Professional Conduct

Pros must post accurate, honest advice.

Tippers should leave fair reviews.

Content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or infringes rights may be removed without notice.
7. Verification & Trust Badges

Trust badges are based on milestones (reviews, tips received).

These are not guarantees—but aim to build transparency and trust.
8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms or law.

You may close your account anytime by contacting support.
9. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” with no implied warranties.

Protippr does not give professional advice; always use at your own risk.
10. Liability Limitation

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Maximum liability to you is limited to total fees we’ve received from you in the past 12 months.
11. Applicable Law

UK law applies. Disputes are resolved in UK courts.
12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions, with changes effective upon posting.
